Refunds

Entry Fees: Entry fees are refundable up through the stated early entry fee deadline for an offered awards program, and are not refundable thereafter. Thus, fees paid for submissions during the regular, late and any extended entry periods are not refundable. For each offered awards program, the applicable entry kit provides all relevant deadlines. Deadlines can also be found on the respective programs’ calendar pages: see North American calendar and International calendar. Please consult the entry kits, website, or contact info@bestinbizawards.com with any questions.

Merchandise: Monies paid for merchandise such as silver or bronze award trophies or duplicate award trophies are not refundable.

Deliveries

Merchandise: Purchased silver or bronze award trophies or duplicate award trophies are delivered 6-8 weeks from date of order.
